“What Love Looks Like” February 2025 Bible Journaling Study February is all about love….and cold winter nights (if you’re in the midwest). The Valentine aisles at the stores can drum up happy thoughts or invoke sad feelings. It can remind you of our 3rd grade Valentine card exchange (remember making boxes?!) or leave us feeling bummed when we don’t have a date on the 14th.  Love is weird like that. It’s complex, hard, scary, and also equally exciting, comforting, and absolutely necessary. There’s friend love, family love, Godly love, etc… It’s certainly an overused and sometimes misused word.  So…What does love look like? Let’s jump into God’s word and look at this word “love” as it relates to how we are to give love, receive love, and LOOK like Love.  Of course, we’ll be in the Bible for our weekly study, but I’ll also be referencing some of Anne Lamott’s book “Somehow: Thoughts on Love.” While this is not a Christian book, she does share some insight that we see throughout God’s word
