*This kit is prepped for use to make a 5-gallon batch of beer. Light and breezy like a spring afternoon in Köln, Germany. This Lager/Ale hybrid is ideally fermented between 58–64°F and cold conditioned for several weeks. Patient brewers will be rewarded with a bright beer with a smooth flavor and low hop bitterness.
