Spine is sunned or faded to a brown and covers have slight wear to extremities and a few marks to front and back, else clean and intact, binding tight. Pages slightly age-toned and a few back flyleaves are wrinkled, else clean and intact. Included are nine plates and illustrations in black-and-white and color, two of which are folding charts; one folding chart is in color. 283 pp., including Appendix, + illustrations. A pedagogical book containing ideas for reforming childhood education. Written anonymously by Rita Scherman with an introduction by James Harvey Robinson.
