About the yarn: Fingering weight 4 ply Superwash 19.5 micron Extra Fine Australian Merino 85%, Nylon 15% Mulesing Free Spun in Italy Approximately 100 grams/360 meters or 3.5 oz./393 yards Recommended needle size 2.5 mm - 4 mm Gauge (stockinette) 28 stitches x 36 rows over 10 cm/4 inches on 3.25 mm (US 3) needles Hand dyed in Texas in small batches Please hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry for best color retention.  Dyes may bleed slightly on initial washing.  Always test your gauge swatch for dyes bleeding when combining colors.
