You need to add a light bulb to this kit to make a broad overhead lighting for video.  The long switched cord set allows for locating the light up to 12 feet from a wall without needing a power extension cord.  The included clear plastic T-bar hooks provide suspended drop ceiling mounting and cord management from light to the wall.  Supplied T-bar hooks fit standard 1 inch ceiling T-bar metal framing.  The acceptable light bulb dimensions for this China ball are maximum 3 inched diameter and 10 inches length.
