It features a diamond pattern on the front, a different diamond pattern on the foot and back, optional beadwork for the front diamonds, and a short row heel.Desiree Diamond Socks is named for my childhood best friend who I met when we were in day-care many moons ago! These are Fair-Isle knitted socks and the pattern is suitable for intermediate knitters, familiar with stranded colorwork techniques, basic beadwork and toe-up sock construction. Pattern includes color charts for the instep and foot with easy to read symbols. The pattern is in digital (.pdf) form and is downloadable.
