Ahi Poke, made with ahi tuna, is one of our favorite dishes and whenever we visit Hawaii, our first stop is for a plate of delicious poke. On the island of Oahu, Gordon Biersch at Aloha Tower has good poke and if you sit on the patio, you get a view of the working harbor.
