Pastured Pork Sausage Chorizo (Links)

All of our artisan sausages are hand-crafted in small batches on our farm and are packed in a natural pork casing. Our pork is Certified Non-GMO, Certified Humane, and EOV (Ecological Outcome Verified) in the Land2Market Program.  All of our livestock are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, added growth hormones, and mRNA. Ingredients: White Oak Pastures Pork, Blend of Natural Spices (Includes Black Pepper, Chili Pepper, Clove, Coriander, Cumin, Red Pepper), Salt, Garlic Powder, less than 2% Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking, packed in a natural pork casing.
