It is a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barely, which has a lower content of rye, then mash bill #2. This unique bourbon is smooth and sweet with earthy hints of oak and molasse's. On the Palate you'll find notes of vanilla, mingled with rich hints of toffee, and caramelized dried fruit.
