Do you ever feel like you're learning the same life lessons over and over? That, year after year, you're faced with the same concept with a different mask—maybe it's financial or workload struggles, maybe it's in your relationships with love or your relationship to your body, or maybe it's about rest or overwhelm or identity or honesty or boundaries or any number of numbing distractions.
