It DOES NOT include the apparel.  This image is a one size fit most!  Approximate size:     Temperature for pressing is 320F/160C 45 seconds press time Heavy Pressure, Cool Peel Use Butcher paper or Cover Heat Press use highly recommended These heat transfers can be used on garments that are 100% cotton, polyester, and/or cotton poly blends. Any items besides what is suggested use at your own risk!!!! Please note that colors will vary compared to this image mockup. Slight color change may occur after pressing.
