Damn Good Cuban Sandwich

We start by roasting a Robie Farms, NH pork shoulder for 5 hours with our signature spices.  The result is good enough for any meal on its own.  We pile it onto imported ham with melted swiss, pickles, mustard and mayo.  Sits inside a locally made delicious french baguette that we press to make this thing the real deal!..
