Beef and Pastured Pork Chorizo Sausage

Ok, we're going to put this small fact out there first: this sausage is a barn burner.  You faint of heart sausage lovers need not apply.  Just move on to a milder place on the Webstore. But here is another factoid:  Even with our faces a little bit on fire we we couldn't stop eating this one because of the profound flavor delivered by a wonderful compliment of porcine fat.  Yup. It's hot.  But we wouldn't change a thing.
