ACME "Ikons" Wallet - design by Karim Rashid

"Ikons" Billfold with Zip, a design by Karim Rashid, comes from ACME Studio's line of Designer Leather. It is made of the finest leather, which is digitally printed and has compartments for business cards, credit cards, coins or ID. The designer's signature and the ACME logo are embossed on the inside of the wallet. It is packaged in a black ACME box with a black sleeve. His clients include Umbra, Nambe, Magis, Prada, Mikasa, Target, Issey Miyake, Copco and Alessi, among others . He designed the Morimoto restaurant in Philadelphia , Semiramis hotel in Athens and Nooch in NYC. Presently he is working in 23 countries. He has won numerous awards and his work is in the permanent collection of 14 Museums including MoMA and SFMoMA . In 2006 Karim received Honorary Doctorates from the Ontario College of Art and Design and Corcoran College . He exhibits art at Sandra Gering and Deitch Projects in New York .
