BotuCrio is an innovative freezing extender developed for stallion sperm cryopreservation. The formula was designed after long years of research, fertility trials, and field tests. How to use After centrifugation, discard the supernatant and add BotuCrio directly to the sperm pellet at a concentration of 200 million sperm per mL. Pack and seal the straws. For the conventional freezing method, stabilize the straws at 5oC for 20 minutes. Then, place the straws in nitrogen vapor (Styrofoam box), 3 to 6 cm above liquid nitrogen level for 20 minutes. For thawing, the straws must be placed in a water bat
