For the in vitro maturation of oocytes outside the incubator. Allows for maturation of oocytes away from the laboratory and during transportation without a CO2 environment. Also suitable for traditional use in incubators. Supplemented with low glucose, gonadotrophic hormones and gentamycin. Serum free. Does not require CO2 equilibration (HEPES buffered). Supplied with our pH indicator guide for easy identification of pH by color. Non HEPES-buffered maturation medium is also available (BO-IVM).
