Rapid Tac II, similar to Rapid Tac, was developed to work with a wider variety of vinyl film, and promotes bonding faster than original Rapid Tac, and is ideal in cold weather and on glass applications. It may bond too fast with premium cast vinyl in warmer conditions. A denatured alcohol base with a mild alcohol odor.
