Northrop T-38 Talon

The Northrop T-38 Talon is a twin-engine supersonic jet trainer primarily used by the United States Air Force (USAF) for pilot training, but also employed by NASA and other nations. It was the world's first supersonic trainer and holds the distinction of being the most produced. A total of 1,187 Northrop T-38 Talon supersonic jet trainer aircraft were built. Production of the T-38 spanned from 1961 to 1972.
