Fuel Quantity Indicator, Simmonds Pacitor 0-4572 lbs

This is a 1950s-vintage aircraft Fuel Quantity Indicator, capacitance-type, made by Simmonds Aerospace under the Pacitor brand name, part # 37415-282. We have not been able to link this to a specific aircraft, but it appears very similar to the fuel quantity indicators in the overhead panel of the DC-6 and C-118 (see photo). The instrument is in exceptional condition for its age. The dial markings are clear and the glass and case are intact. Measures ~3.25in diameter and ~3.5inches deep.  See photos. This would be a very cool addition to your collection.
