With Vintner's Best® Fruit Wine bases, you can effortlessly produce 5 gallons of exceptional fruit wine, boasting a 10% ABV. The packaging is designed for your convenience, featuring a re-sealable format and requiring no adjustments for pH or acidity. Whether you're brewing a small or large batch, simply add yeast and water.   Recommended yeast options: Lalvin K1V-1116 or Red Star Premier Classique. A mixture of juice concentrates, corn syrup, citric acid and natural flavor concocted to make a fermentable base for black raspberry wine blend at 18.9 Brix. The product is both blended and pasteurized. May be stored at ambient temperature. Acidity: 2.4; 2.2 - 2.6 % w/w (as citric acid).
