Double Chocolate Stout All Grain Recipe
Bold Chocolate Flavor! Double Chocolate Stout All Grain Recipe I created this recipe a few years ago for my sister who liked to drink stouts and eat chocolate and wanted to simplify the process. It's a medium gravity stout with a pound of chocolate malt and six ounces of baker's chocolate (not included) balanced with lactose. I like to use a British ale yeast with this one but you can get good results with the Fermentis S-04 dry yeast as well.
