The AYERS PEAR TREE( ALSO KNOWN AS THE AYERS SUGAR pAER )is a self-pollinating tree that is great for Zones 5-8, but you can get more fruit if you plant some other kinds of pear trees nearby. These trees might be good candidates: Bartlet, Keiffer, Orient, Pineapple, Wild, or Moonglow. The Ayres pear tree also needs 300 to 400 hours of the cold. We only ship to the continental USA no shipping to California, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Our plants ship bare root or with minimal soil in a bag.
