Abeo Cloth Bib
About the Print: Our Abeo print is inspired by adire. Adire, meaning “tie and dye” in Yoruba, is an indigo-dyed cloth made in southwestern Nigeria by Yoruba women. With striking designs, adire is made using traditional resist-dyeing techniques that release varying shades of indigo onto the fabric. Patterns formed using specific processes would then be given names and be associated with certain symbols or meanings. We've named this print "Abeo" which means "bringer of happiness" in Yoruba.
