Nothing embodies that spirit quite like the sheer joy of a dog in full chase. Watching my own dogs, Cotton and Rudy, race through our backyard after squirrels, I am struck by their energy, instinct, and unwavering focus. That inspiration drives these studies—each one an exploration of movement, form, and the thrill of the chase. With every piece, I fill the page with as many versions of them as I can, capturing their endless excitement in motion.
