Join us as Chef Dea walks you through the sourdough break baking process. In this class, you will learn how to take care of sourdough starter, and start to learn the process of sourdough bread baking. Each participant will get to take home a mature started for yourselves. Dinner is provided. January 23rd from 6p-8p, $50 per person.
