Product: ID Name Tag with Adhesive Backed Pin Details: Material: Sublimation leather is matte white on the front of the name badge Attachment: Adhesive backed pin for uniform or shirt Sublimation Area: Approximately 3"x2" Thickness: About 3/16" (varies slightly) Stability: The name tag is reinforced to provide stability Design Tip: You'll want to make your design with a border roughly 1/16"-1/8" larger than the design area to ensure full coverage. Pressing Instructions: Press the sublimation area with the transfer paper face down on top of the substrate.  Make sure to hang the non-sublimation area off the press so it doesn't melt!  You can also use heat tape to help protect the black area of the wallet. Press with medium-heavy pressure at 400 degrees for 60 seconds. Time/temp recommendations are just a starting point. Please test your equipment for the correct time and temp for you
