This AC WORKS® brand Y-adapter [1030YCB520] is very durable with a length of 3 feet.  It is a NEMA 10-30P to two NEMA 5-20R with 20 Amp circuit breakers.  The adapter is used to get power from a 125/250 Volt outlet to two 125 Volt household connections.
