Item: Set Of Four (4) Dining Chairs Designed By Peter Hvidt And Orla Mollgaard Nielsen, Denmark About: Set of four Peter Hvidt and Orla Mollgaard-Nielsen model 317 dining chairs, circa late 1950s. These all original examples have a rich deep color to the teak frames and the cord seats are in excellent original condition as well. Origin: Denmark Proof: Ample Provenance Period: 1950s Material: Teak Rush State: Original Condition Unaltered. Some Imperfections. The set is in great vintage condition. Two of the chairs paper cording has come loose from the side of the chairs. The aforementioned condition issues does not effect the use of the chairs; they are fully functional and very sturdy. While seats show mild wear, this is certainly less than typically found on Danish cord seats of this period.
