
Split Squat Pad
The Split Squat Pad turns any squat rack into a variable-height single leg squat station. Simply rack your barbell at the proper height, slide the Split Squat Pad (SSP) onto one end of the barbell, add a 45-pound plate onto the opposing end, and start squatting. The SSP’s unique hexagonal shape creates a shelf to help lock your foot in place. The pad rotates 360 degrees to provide a fluid movement. This space saving solution is the most simple, convenient, and effective single leg squat pad on the market.
