"Le Mans Chronograph" Watch Drawing — Horological Art Print by Artist Tamás Fehér
Get your piece of horological art: these high-end prints are of entirely hand-drawn images that take up to two weeks to transform from a clean sheet to a finished piece. Through years of passionate and relentless work, Tamás Fehér has evolved from talented part-time sketcher to full-time horological artist. This drawing is inspired by the Heuer Monaco, one of the most recognizable chronograph wristwatches ever designed. Accurate to extremely fine details, such as the Porsche 917K "Gulf" livery that McQueen drove to fame in the movie, Le Mans, to the details of the iconic photograph that captured the star in his ready-to-race pose; Tamás' drawing brings the Monaco's high-octane character to life. Once a drawing is complete, a state-of-the-art scanner is used to faithfully digitalize all its hand-made details and allow for archival quality printing. The paper we use for all prints is Bockingford 300g by St. Cuthberts Mill, who have been making paper on the same site since the 1700
