Introducing the Stedge Shelf, designed by the talented Leonard Aldenhoff. Born in Germany, Aldenhoff's background as a trained industrial mechanic and designer infuses his work with a unique blend of know-how, creativity, and aesthetic sensibility. Inspired by technical precision and geometrical finesse, Stedge showcases a design characterized by clear forms and carefully selected materials. Originally named "Stab im Brett" during Aldenhoff's time in university, this wall shelf emerged as the result of a deep dive into storage possibilities, coached by Stefan Kehrle. Opting for a wall shelf due to its usability, stability, and easy installation, Aldenhoff's vision for the final product centered on three key elements: lightness, purism, and a clear structure. The Stedge Shelf made its debut in 2015 under its original name at a small stand, evolving a year later with a more grand presentation at IMM Cologne.
