As social networking websites such as MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin increase in popularity and influence, their impact has reached the legal community in a number of ways. This CLE will discuss several of the ethical issues created by that influence, including issues involving attorney's own Facebook accounts, use of Facebook information in discovery and witness interviews, Twitter in the courts, and the legal pitfalls of Linkedin employee reviews, to name a few.
