Deer in the Aspens Dendritic Opal Necklace

A deer perks her ears to a sound in the aspen tree forest in this magical winter necklace. A tiny snowflake falls from the sky above the trees. All of these components were hand sawn using the fine blade of a jeweler's saw. Completing this mountain scene is a beautiful dendritic opal reminiscent of a snowy landscape. The pendant measures 2" tall (including top loop) by 1-5/8" wide. It hangs from a sterling silver chain in your choice of length. All metal is sterling silver (except the fine silver bezel) that has been oxidized, tumble polished and sealed with a protective coating. Dendritic opals have milky white coloring and dark tree-like inclusions reminiscent of a snowy winter landscape. It can be found in mines all over the world. It is widely believed that this stone promotes spiritual growth and balances both yin/yang energies.  Care:  As with all handmade jewelry, this necklace is delicate and should never be worn when showering, swimming or during strenuous activity and sports.
