Maintain Cleanliness: Treat prepping a tub like surgery - you can't be too clean. Use 70% alcohol to clean your tub, gloves, masks, and any other equipment. Work in a clean space with no circulating air. Gently Incorporate Spawn: Avoid handling your spawn and substrate with bare hands. Gently pour the spawn into the substrate bag, being careful not to let the two bags touch. This prevents cross-contamination. Mix Thoroughly: Once the spawn is in the substrate bag, pinch the
