It's created with zero scouring agents, bleaches, dyes, or flame retardants maintaining the natural cotton color and plant-wax coating that helps prolong the life of the fiber. We pre-wash & dry every shell (in small batches with a free-and-clear detergent) before stuffing so your pillow is clean, fresh & ready to sleep on when it arrives! NOTE: Due to the minimal processing of our fabric, some post-drying wrinkles and uneven coloration may be noticeable but is perfectly normal. The hypoallergenic pillow stuffing is a deliciously comfy clustered polyfill (made from BPA-free recycled water bottles) which creates a beautifully soft and supportive pillow.
