(Lincoln, you can enter your address at checkout and a $70 delivery fee will be added to your order).  If you live further away, like Des Moines ($100 delivery fee) or Kansas City ($200 delivery fee), contact us and we can set up a delivery time! All sales are final once items are picked up or delivered.
