This is a super cool 1980 Tokai Springy Sound ST-85 that plays and sounds great! The neck has a soft "V" shape and shows the "85" stamp after the 21st fret.   This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that include various scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body and minor dings on the headstock. The hardware is tarnished and the pickup covers and volume/tone knobs have yellowed from over time. The frets have normal play wear for its age and the electronics work as they should.  The volume pot has been replaced and the tremolo arm has been added. This guitar otherwise appears to be original. Includes the pictured hard case.
