Use the 11/16 in. x 4-9/16 in. x 82 in. Finger-Jointed Pine Door Jamb to make sure that sheetrock is not showing and that your casings or brick moulding have ample contact and support. This jamb is designed for a 2 in. x 6 in. constructed interior opening with 1/2 in. drywall. It has an 11/16 in. x 3/8 in. dado for installation of the header.
