Step 1: Wrap a black neoprene band around your thighs and place it about 5 cm above your knees - not too high,Don't be too low.Step 2: Make sure the label is facing the front.Step 3: Check if the silver ring is on the outside of the thigh.Step 4: Check that the neoprene strap is sitting comfortably on the thigh, not too tight or loose. Adjust as necessary.Step 5: Repeat the above steps for your other leg. Make sure the chlorine J rubber bands are parallel to each other and keep the phase on the thighsThe same height.Step 6: Each group has 2 resistance bands of different lengths - one is slightly shorter, - one is slightly longer. Start with a longer resistance band.Step 7: Clip the longer resistance band on the top (forward) silver ring so that it is on the thigh.Step 8: Clip the shorter resistance band on the back (back) ring to make it cross your hamstring.Step 9: Check that the resistance band is safe and will not loosen during exercise.
