Handmade DFK Lincoln - Hammered, Blackened, & Stonewashed

Ooooh... the DFK Lincoln! This is one of those classy designs that gives you plenty of contact, while remaining easy to carry...   Handmade from 1/2" thick solid brass. The borders of the crowns have been kept wider and taper in as it descends into the trunk. This allows the unemployed fingers to come as closely as possible when making a fist. The finger stalls were cut at an industry standard 1" and then filed out by hand to give you unparalleled contouring. Even the partition of the stalls has been dipped/gullied to keep your digits resting in the most comfortable manner...   The trunk of this DFK Lincoln gives you enough weight to multiply force without getting in the way of a true use. I made the palm brace a little thicker/wider so that you get a nice seating and secure grasp in the hand.   This piece was drawn up to be a continuous flow of radius'. The entire DFK was hand sanded to a satin finish before hand hammering it with a large peen. The result is a beautiful rock-like aest
