these components are to update the PRS and S Scale America S scale ACF center flow hoppers to a more modern low brake wheel configuration. this is the update parts only not the entire car and requires the initial car for the conversion. this contains 2 tall ladder, 2 short ladder, 1 B end assembly and 1 A end assembly. follow instructions per car kit substituting the factory components for these parts.
