Formlabs 3/4 Air Filter Enclosure for (or Similar Dental Resin Printer)

Resin/SLA printers have quickly become indispensable in dental offices and labs.  The problem is the resin is toxic and a source of volatile organic compounds that both smell bad and contribute to poor indoor air quality. To solve this problem we've designed an acrylic enclosure specifically for resin printers. This is more than just throwing a case over the top of a printer; we've gone through many different designs and even built testing equipment to measure VOC levels pre and post-filter.  The airflow has been modeled in CAD as well as smoke tested and verified with VOC detectors.   Operation The enclosure is specifically designed and tested for the Formlabs 3 and 4 resin printers.  There is plenty of room to open and close the top, and a separate top door to change resin.  The Formlabs 4 model is identical to the Formlabs 3 except it is 4 inches taller.
