An intermediate to advanced music production course exploring more complex features and workflows in Ableton Live, and a continuation of concepts learned in the beginner Ableton Live course. An emphasis is placed on learning basic synthesis techniques using Live’s built in synths and samplers. Concepts covered include learning the various synthesis types, sound selection, making sounds from scratch, sampling, developing ideas, arrangement, automation, modulation, and mixing. Requirements: This is an intermediate to advanced level course. We recommend good proficiency with music production and having produced at least one track of your own.
