Faith is a foundational necessity to follow Jesus, but not an illogical, blind-but-with-fingers-crossed kind of faith held up to ridicule by some. No, studied and firm faith gives us the ability to lay hold of and experience God's promises that have not yet fully come to pass. Our faith is also evidence.
