When I created 2nd Chance Candle Co, I knew I wanted to do more than just pour wax, I wanted to pour love, purpose, and healing into something meaningful. The 2nd Chance Candle is that vision brought to life: a special gift dedicated to stroke and cancer survivors, sent to them at no cost, thanks to our generous supporters a.k.a Dovies. This candle is more than a relaxing scent, it's a gentle reminder that survivors are warriors, deeply loved, and never alone. The inspiration came from a deeply personal place. During my mom’s chemotherapy treatment, we became hyper-aware of the air quality in our home. One day, I reached for a store-bought candle to bring comfort and warmth but a quick glance at the ingredient list stopped me in my tracks. So many chemicals I couldn’t even pronounce… and I was about to let them burn into the air around my mom. I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I created
