For all warranties, you must have your proof of purchase, so wherever you buy FamilyPlayer2, you must save your proof of purchase for any warranty to be valid. 24Six covers any defects that came from the factory for the first 30 days after you purchase the product. Defects include issues like the buttons are not working properly, the touch screen is not responding, the battery does not charge, etc. Anything that should be working out of the box, and does not.
