The 16 Round Pressed Peel (MP1621) is a specially designed pressed pizza peel from American Metalcraft. This remarkably durable peel is constructed from pressed NSF and USDA listed paper for a peel that is an excellent alternative to wood peels which may not pass health inspections if improperly maintained. Maintaining much of the look and feel of a wood peel, the pressed paper peel construction is easier on pizzas than an aluminum peel that can inadvertently damage pizzas with its sharper edges.
