K20A CSS Shortblock - 800HP+JDM K20A Block - This is a brand new build, with all new parts installed Cylinder Support System (CSS) Installed CNC Werx did the install along with the machine work. They did the final bore, hone, deck, and jet wash. PRB (K20A2) Crankshaft has been cleaned and polished before assembly. Pistons - JE Ultra K20 Piston set. 86.5mm Bore. 10:1 Compression. These pistons aren't your normal shelf piston. They feature upgraded wristpins, coated skirts, thermal barrier tops, and gas ported top ring. JE Pro Seal rings are installed. Rods - Brian Crower - K20A PROH625+ Rods. Steel H-beam rod with 625+ Rod bolts. Capable of 250+HP per cylinder according to BC. Bearings - King Racing Bearings. Rod bearings are STD-X sized for extra clearance. (used on high HP engines to keep more oil between the crank and bearing) New OEM Honda main bolts are torqued to spec. Ring gaps are set to JE Spec.
