Large Mixed Media Collage Print Titled "Metropolis", Framed

The large mixed media collage print titled " Metropolis" was created by the contemporary artist Marc VanDenmeer ( American, 1950's) while being treated for stage 3 multiple myeloma. Metropolis contains over fifty layers of images merged with hand-painted elements.While undergoing this intensive treatment, Marc renewed his devotion to his artistic work and immersed himself in photography and the creation of digital media , which has formed the basis for his more recent work.
