This is a real taste of the Great Southwest. The nuts are roasted in the shell. Heart of the Desert's award winning pistachios are grown at Eagle Ranch near Alamogordo, New Mexico. This family farm is the site of New Mexico's oldest and largest producing pistachio groves. The galic & Green Chile pistachios these nuts are bursting with the robust flavor of fresh garlic.
